What the Sub-Vendor Portal Looks Like
When a vendor logs into their VendorDesk portal, they see a clean dashboard showing only the requirements assigned to them. They can view the full JD, submit candidates, upload resumes, and track the status of every candidate they've submitted — all in real time.
What Vendors Can and Cannot See
The portal is designed with data isolation at its core. Vendors can do everything they need to submit good candidates — but they have zero visibility into your client names, your margins, or other vendors' submissions.
How Vendors Submit Candidates
From their portal, vendors click Submit Candidate on an open requirement. They fill in:
- Candidate name, email, phone
- Total years of experience and current CTC
- Expected CTC and notice period
- Resume upload (PDF or DOCX)
- Any additional notes or cover remarks
The candidate appears in your pipeline instantly, tagged with the vendor who submitted them. Your team is notified immediately.
Managing Vendor Portal Access
You control every vendor's access from your Sub-Vendors page. You can suspend or reactivate a vendor account at any time, reset their password, and reassign their open requirements to another vendor instantly — all without the vendor needing to do anything.
If a vendor has candidates already in your pipeline, their submissions and history are preserved even if you deactivate their account.
