Our Refund Policy in Plain English
Subscription payments are non-refundable after billing unless required by law. We encourage you to try our free trial before subscribing and contact support for any billing concerns.
1. General Policy
All subscription fees paid to Hara InfoTech Pvt Ltd for access to the VendorDesk platform are non-refundable once processed. This applies to all plan types (Trial, Basic, Pro, Enterprise) and billing intervals (monthly, annual).
We strongly encourage all prospective customers to fully evaluate VendorDesk during the free trial period before making a subscription purchase.

VendorDesk offers a free trial period for all new accounts. We strongly encourage you to:
- Fully explore all features during the trial
- Import your existing data to test workflows
- Contact our support team with any questions before subscribing
No payment is required during the trial period. A subscription charge only begins after you explicitly choose a paid plan.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Your account remains fully active until the end of the paid period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation before permanent deletion
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the criteria above, contact us within 7 days of the charge date:

- Subject: Refund Request โ [Your Account Email]
- Include: Transaction ID, date of charge, reason for request
We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision. Approved refunds are processed within 7โ10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and potential recovery action.

7. Changes to This Policy
Hara InfoTech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of VendorDesk after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
